Who we are

Welcome to my practice! I am a Master’s level Registered Dietitian and a Health and Wellness Coach. I love helping others tap into their own power to create sustainable changes to nourish their bodies and flourish in life. I work together with my clients to help them identify what changes they feel inspired to make achieve their goals. I love providing support and encouragement along with practical, evidence-based nutrition recommendations that can actually be applied in life. There is no singular diet that is the best for everyone and cookie-cutter diet plans and approaches are massive contributors to why so many people fail to achieve their weight and health goals. I strive to provide a customized approach with every client. We will get to know each other, as that will help me provide the most individualized approach, and we can have some fun along the way!

I am passionate about supporting and partnering with people in identifying what is most important to them in their lives and helping them mold their behaviors to reach their goals, while increasing the joy they experience in their lives. I want to help you nourish yourself to flourish in life!

I engage in several hobbies and activities that greatly contribute to my wellbeing including gardening, raising chickens, mountain biking, road biking, hiking, cooking, walking my dogs and teaching yoga. I also make wine and I could 100% argue that it contributes to my wellbeing! I am grounded in my faith and strive to show love to others. My husband and I live in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin and absolutely love the peace that brings. I deeply value my own wellbeing and love to share my experiences with others about how to make nutrition and exercise something you actually want to do, and even crave.
